Phase 1 – Conception & Initiation

Phase 4 – Performance & Control

Monitoring, reporting and directing towards project’s progress representing the Client as agreed and authorized, in accordance with the objectives of cost, time, quality, and safety as pre-defined.

• Keys, final documentation, manuals etc. follow-up
• Relocation and final procurement support
• Claims and disputes support if needed
• Final Completion Certificate

• Defects liability period if applicable
